To take an existing medical device design and deliver a ‘design for manufacture’ solution for high volume/ low cost production

The product based on the design will offer major advantages in routine anaesthesiology applications. Our close relationship with UMIP facilitated a rapid understanding of the design issues and preferred technical and commercial outcomes.

Outcome
We have identified a process, an approved material and an improvement of the overall concept which has allowed this project to progress.
