Brief
Redesign Gulmay's existing legacy product, a therapeutic x-ray device for treating skin cancers.

Outcome
The existing legacy model was old, unfriendly and awkward to use.

Maddison re-engineered the product to make it easier for clinicians to set up and work with. Importantly, our design considered the patient as an end user, making it a more comfortable experience. Additionally, we engineered an electro-mechanical braking system, operated by a single trigger. This replaced several operations on the original version.
